I'm a freelance writer and photographer based in Austin, covering entertainment, politics, and Latinx culture. Over the past eight years, I’ve interviewed drag queen activists, ghost hunters, politicians, covered festivals like SXSW and ACL, and served as Texas Monthly’s unofficial Selena correspondent. My work has appeared on the cover of Rolling Stone, in New York Magazine, Variety, GQ, Elle, SPIN, and others. When I’m not writing, I’m usually in the pit at a concert, taking photos of my favorite artists.
